I'm ConFOOOOOOOZED...

Why is it that when I get up early to do stuff, barely anything gets done...but when I sleep in I can get to 11 schools, a school board office and a university in less than 4 hours?

Oh, and get a parking ticket because I'm stupid and can't read signs. But we won't talk about that.
