Ah, Anastasia. I love those books! My youngest has been a vegetarian for three months or so now. Would the "Becoming a Vegetarian" be a good book for us, or is it about something else entirely?
Hey MaryP. :)
I like "Becoming a Vegetarian"...it tells all about complete proteins and lots of recipes. There's a REALLY great book that my cousin has...I think it's called "Cooking for Vegetarian Teens" or somthing like that. It has two columns, one with the meat and one with the veggie prep so two meals aren't being prepared. I desperately want to find that one since we have a mixed household...I'll let you know if I find out what it's called.
