Internet Police Scanner?

Alternatively, could someone please listen in on a scanner for me? Or tell me where I can get one at 12:22 in the morning?? There's been a chopper circling my neighbourhood with a search light for about the last half hour or forty five minutes and I'm starting to get a little weirded out.

Edit 12:33 : The helicopter's gone...the radio says that they were "looking for someone". Thanks. That was pretty much totally useless. :P Maybe I'll know more later.
