Well, I'M impressed.

Despite being sick...despite The Demon telling me that I shouldn't exercise...despite many other factors, I managed to go to both karate and Ultimate this weekend. I am pleased. I am feeling really good about myself, and *scuffs feet* I scored three points today... *blush* I'm REALLY happy about that. That ties my record for the first season I ever played.

I'm glad the season has started. I'm not glad that the trees are starting to change colours. I don't do well in winter...but winter's not here yet! And today was a beautiful summer day. I am happy.

Exercise today: 2 hours Ultimate, yesterday: 2 hours karate
